Creating a physical murder mystery book that features an innovative 360 degree design, allowing readers to start anywhere with a supporting mobile AR app that lets you scan the pages to decipher hidden clues and allowing you to circle back to solve the mystery.

Murder Mystery Books are captivating to all age ranges, paired with a unique bookmaking layout and a mobile AR app that lets you decypher clues through animation and sound design keeps readers engaged and allow them to discover the hidden secrets. The book is also split into three seperate eras where the same crime gets commited, keeping readers engaged and visually interested as the layout changes.

I used Midjourney for image generation, it allowed me to create and curate the imagery used to set the tone of the mystery and show the evolution through time. I then created the story myself from scratch, allowing readers to start anywhere and only figuring out the killer by circling back. Once this was done, I physically created the book and was able to test my AR app out.
