This lettering was inspired by the game Cyberpunk 2077, as I wanted to explore lettering and typography in Graphic Design to broaden my understanding and practice it further. I began this by gathering references of cyberpunk and glitch typefaces; adding ridges and misaligned pixels seems to be a prevalent and reoccurring theme in this style. I went for a sans serif style to give it a futuristic look, I used blue and pink as they are default RGB colours, displacing each separate channel gave me the effect of the misaligned pixels and the perfect white between them when you mix all three channels. I liquified the bottom part of the text to give it more diversity and further show the glitch effect alongside minor additions outside the lettering to fuse it all.
